The Job
As the Costume Shop Supervisor, I oversee costume management for all third-year thesis productions at the Lenfest Center for the Arts, which includes directing and acting theses, as well as coordination for the New Plays Festival. I run and maintain the costume shop at the Nash building and in collaboration with production resources maintain the costume stock. Additionally, I serve as a resource for students by providing measurements, offering advice on costume design and costume history, and assisting in problem-solving for various productions and class presentations. Furthermore, I am responsible for training first-year students who are fulfilling their crew assignments in the wardrobe department for all Lenfest productions.
