The Job
The Director of Production at Columbia University holds a unique role that integrates student, staff, and faculty functions into a cohesive collaborative experience. While production is a central focus, the Director of Production is essential in ensuring that students' experiences align with the curriculum and the overarching goals of the program.
My personal mission is to develop a safe, engaging, supportive, inclusive, and sustainable model for training the next generation of theatrical leaders. I aim to serve as an example of working to the highest standards within the constraints of time, space, and resources. My intention is to empower students to seek innovative solutions, emphasize storytelling, and cultivate meaningful collegiate relationships that extend beyond their time at Columbia.
